From what I know, most China’s mainland sourcing agents are located at seaside cities like Yiwu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou…these top cities mostly have all the advantages for international export business. easily connects with manufacturers, information gathering base…since language and transportation are already their advantages. the only thing you need to consider is if they charge you a fair price for the sourcing and if they are honest about the work they are doing. All In all, as a business owner, the business is always an ROI game, if you do the calculation on investment of time and money, what is the best return? if it really spends too much time and money on the information world when you are sourcing from the platform, for the same quality products, I think no business owners with a higher sourcing cost than your competitor does.
